EEC Trends 2025 – about the event

A proven formula, wide spectrum of subjects, exquisite speakers – another edition of EEC trends has been scheduled for 3 February, 2025, in Warsaw

An open, intense and multi-layered debate about Polish economy – a one-day cycle of discussions and meeting between business people, politicians, scientists, and pundits.

A prologue to the 18th edition of the European Economic Congress (23-25 April, 2025, Katowice), EEC Trends is a key milestone in the development of the agenda of Central Europe’s largest business conference.

At EEC Trends, the agenda of the European Economic Congress – each year born out of discussions and consultations – assumes its final form. Its current format is a response to the latest challenges of volatile times, forecasting events that will determine the future of economic development.

This year’s edition of EEC Trends is going to address subjects that will define the direction of the three days long European debate in Katowice.

Economic security and the role of industry in developing political as well as social and economic resilience will be a leading subject of the meeting held in Warsaw. All that will be closely linked to the subject of the competitiveness of Polish manufacturing that needs to be protected in a dynamic and volatile environment.

The future of the transition of Poland’s energy sector will be instrumental from the perspective of its competitiveness.
